To verify your identity we collect the details you enter (name, date of birth, nationality, address, contact details), images of the documents you upload, and, where a face check is part of your flow, images of your face captured during that check.
Your information is used only to verify your identity or your company's standing for the organisation that asked you to complete this process. Document images are read by automated checks, and results are reviewed by authorised staff of that organisation. Some checks are performed by specialist verification services acting on our instructions; they may process your document and face images for that purpose only.
Your information is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not shared with anyone beyond the requesting organisation and the services described above.
Verification records are kept for as long as the requesting organisation is required to hold them under its compliance obligations, and are deleted when that period ends.
You can ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires it to be kept. Write to verify@intertone.app and include the reference from your application.
