Dossier verifies the identity of individuals and the standing of companies on behalf of the organisation that asked you to complete a verification. Using it is voluntary, but the organisation may be unable to work with you until verification is complete.
You agree to provide information and documents that are accurate, current and yours. Submitting another person's documents, altered documents or misleading answers may lead to a refusal and may be reported to the requesting organisation.
Automated checks read your documents and compare them against what you entered. The outcome of an application is decided by a person reviewing those results, not by the automated checks alone. If your application is not approved you can reply to the outcome email to ask for a review.
The service is provided as is for the duration of the verification exercise. We may suspend it for maintenance or security reasons at any time.
